Texas State Aquarium
Overlooking the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, the Texas State Aquarium has been a fixture in the Gulf Coast since it first opened its doors in 1992. U.S.S. Lexington
Nicknamed “The Blue Ghost”, the U.S.S. Lexington is a historic Essex class aircraft carrier that served in the Pacific fleet during World War II. Now docked along Corpus Christi’s shoreline, the massive ship serves as a floating naval aviation museum. Walk the decks of this iconic vessel and see restored aircraft collections up close.
